  91. -48 teams for the Top 48 category
  92. -32 teams for the Extra category

  95. Top 48 team - a team that will always be placed
  96. in the top three divisions in the game

  98. Extra team - teams which will make up the last
  99. divisions and will be drawn randomly
  100.  
  101. International team - team that will be used by
  102. the for supercup games during the off-season

  104. Not used - not to be included in the data file
